HumanistLife is one outlet for the humanist worldview. HumanistLife is a daily content website giving a voice to humanists on all the topics that interest, inspire or concern them. Humanists don’t have to respond to everything they see and do as humanists! But at HumanistLife we share humanist perspectives on current affairs, society, art, science, nature and, well… life!

Humanists make sense of the world using reason, experience and shared human values. We take responsibility for our actions and base our ethics on the goals of human welfare, happiness and fulfillment. We take inspiration not from the supernatural and divine, but from the world and from each other. We seek to make the best of the one life we have by creating meaning and purpose for ourselves, individually and together.

Humanists do not agree about everything and some readers will disagree with some views expressed. The opinions of individual humanists are always interesting but are not, of course, necessarily BHA policy.
