Suggested topics and themes
Remember, you’re free to write and create on anything that tickles your humanist fancy.
However, we sometimes have special requests. We like to develop themes, where several people create content on one topic. Or we may have individual articles in mind, because the subject relates to current events or upcoming news from the BHA.
If you can produce something on these upcoming themes or topics it is more likely to be published.
Humanist Heroes
The theme of Humanist Week 2010 will be Humanist Heritage and we’re asking Distinguished Supporters of the BHA and humanists around the country to submit articles about their “humanist heroes”. There are lots of reasons that a humanist might be a hero for someone – did they help formulate Humanism? did the make a great discovery and human nature or the world? did they advance civilization with an invention or social reform?
Humanist Week is 21st-27th June and we will be publishing article around this time.
